Former head chef of Michelin-starred modern Australian restaurant, Burnt Ends in Singapore, – Kellie has now joined forces with The Palmer Hospitality Group (2KW, Paloma, Fishbank) to set up a permanent home for his fire-powered concept.
Using ingredients from all-SA producers such as Mayura Station, Ngeringa and Biopark, Jake is most appreciative of all SA has to offer. Seafood has a starring role on his excitingly innovative menu and he is adapting his restaurant style for you to recreate at home!
